How to judge the quality of printing paper?

Table of Contents

1. Fire roast

The method of baking with fire is very simple. Use a lighter to heat the back of the paper. If the color on the paper is brown after heating, it means that the heat-sensitive formula is not reasonable and the storage time may be shorter. If the black part of the paper is Small streaks or uneven color blocks indicate uneven coating. The paper of better quality should be black-green (with a little green) after heating, and the color block should be uniform, and the color gradually fades from the center to the surroundings.

2. Comparison and identification of sunlight exposure

Put the printed paper with a highlighter and put it in the sun (this can speed up the reaction of the thermal coating to light). Which kind of paper turns black fastest, indicating the shorter the storage time.

I believe that after the introduction, everyone has a certain understanding of thermal paper. If you have better suggestions, please contact us.
